How to Request Data Deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Personal profile information (name, email, contact details)
- Account credentials and preferences
- Usage history and activity logs
- Third-party platform connection data (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Marketing preferences and communication history
- Cookies and tracking data associated with your account
Please note: Certain data may be retained as required by Japanese law, including transaction records for tax compliance purposes (up to 7 years) and data necessary to fulfill ongoing legal obligations. Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may also be retained.
Deletion Timeline
- Acknowledgment (within 3 business days): We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask for additional verification.
- Verification (within 5 business days): We will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
- Processing (within 30 calendar days): Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your data has been deleted.
Data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems. Backup data is automatically purged during routine maintenance cycles.
Connected Third-Party Platforms
If you have connected third-party accounts (such as TikTok or Pinterest) through our services:
- We will revoke our access to your third-party accounts
- Data obtained from those platforms will be deleted from our systems
- To delete data held by the third-party platforms themselves, please refer to their respective privacy settings and data deletion processes
